IPASA UTM perkukuh peranan dalam pemuliharaan sungai melalui pengucapan awam
The Centre for Environmental Sustainability and Water Security (IPASA), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), actively promotes conscious water usage in the wider community by consistently organizing the national Public Speaking Competition "Water for All" (Pertandingan Pengucapan Awam “Air untuk Semua”). This initiative, targeting primary and secondary school students across the nation, is a vital effort to instill awareness in the younger generation regarding river conservation and environmental issues (pemuliharaan sungai dan isu alam sekitar). By achieving synergy with partners like the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and various government agencies, UTM acts as a crucial hub (penghubung) for comprehensive environmental stewardship, ensuring the message of sustainable water resource management has a lasting, widespread impact.
