Love Mangrove
Love Mangroove program conducted on 29 February 2020 at Tanjung Piai National Park by Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail is the first program held by Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI) in collaboration with UTMCS which aims to be a concept of exposure to the environment.

Beach Cleanup Day
The Beach Cleanup program in conjunction with the International Coastal Day in Teluk Gorek, Mersing, was officiated by Mersing District Council Secretary, Encik Zalhafiz Bin Hamzah. The program was organized by Mersing District Council, SW Corp, SW Environment, and in collaboration with Trash Hero (NGOs) and Campus Sustainability Office (UTMCS). The beach cleaning activities carried out by the volunteers have successfully gathered various wastes found along the Teluk Gorek coast. Hopefully, activities like this can often be carried out to maintain the cleanliness of our beaches..

Hari Ozon Sedunia Peringkat Wilayah Persekutuan (WP)
Ozone for life program conducted with the Department of Environment aims to raise awareness about the protection of the ozone layer. The program, which is limited to 50 participants, has successfully impacted participants in the awareness of the importance of maintaining the ozone layer.

World Habitat Day
In collaboration with the Department of Construction Property, a programme in conjunction with world Habitat Day in Taman Rusa, UTM. The programme was also in conjunction with UTM Sustainability Month in the scope of Biodiversity throughout this October.
The programme, which was participated by students from the Temenggong Ibrahim Teacher Education Institute, focused on cleaning around the deer park and the aim of getting closer to getting to know about the habitat of the animal.
